Wilbeast crossing Mara

The pressure from the herd behind just became too much and the crossing kick-started, now hundreds of wildebeests was on their way out in the crocodile infested waters. Quite an amazing sight this afternoon at the Mara river. This time around we actually witness a kill of a small zebra in the middle of the river. The kill itself was done by drowning; the crocodile pulled the zebra down and later surfaced swimming away with the kill. The Mara in August.
