On this sunny and warm afternoon little would indicate that we where to see a great crossing unfold just in front of us. Some slow moving wildebeest suddenly decided to go for the crossing. That same moment a great crocodile on the other bank swung into action. The victim was a juvenile wildebeest. The wildebeest was fighting a brave battle but in the end the crock was too powerful. While the battle for life and death was playing out in the middle of the Mara river the crossing was still in full motion The wildebeest actually ran around our car in the hundreds, a fantastic sight.
